Productions (studio or live) are very familiar to me. For years, I was part of different productions ranging from small to big operations (in the music industry).

At Coils Boutique, productions revolve around video, and I, as production manager, take care of the planning and execution of such operations.

Since we're a small company, this type of job ranges from logistics work to the creative process.

In practice, that means I'm responsible for scheduling the timetables, the ideation process, collaborating with photographers and editors, set preparations and lighting, transportation of both people and equipment, provisions, and of course, taking an active part of the production itself (usually audio recording).
