Guitar Fire is a blog for guitar players, a Youtube channel with video guitar lessons, and a merchandise shop.
You can find articles about guitar equipment and guitar-gifts (connected to Amazon affiliate program) as well as an in-house store offering a big selection of t-shirts, hoodies, and other different clothing for men (and a small collection for children).
Aside from clothing I also got to design household products such as bean bags, mugs, etc.
At Coils Boutique, our main product (guitar pickups) has a standard universal design with limited modeling options. Most guitar pickups, even though different manufacturers made them, look the same, so the guitar pickup design process revolves mainly around sound design.
However, everything comes in a package, and guitar players use all kinds of gadgets and other knick-nacks (guitar pics, t-shirts, etc) that can all be designed.
When producing such products, my job is to oversee and supervise the process both from the artistic and pragmatic aspects.
I also participate in the actual designing process, from coming up with the right concept, collaborating with graphic designers and printing houses, overseeing the manufacturing process and testing.
